All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or credit notes once an order is placed.

Alterations:
We offer one complimentary round of alterations on all full-price garments, provided the request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Alterations are subject to feasibility based on the garment’s structure and design.
  • Customers are responsible for return courier costs, unless the garment was received with a manufacturing defect.

Important:
Sale pieces, custom-made garments, or items damaged post-delivery are not eligible for alterations.
